Notes on layout

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are annexes and can only be accessed from outside.

Bedroom 5 is underneath the main house. It does not enjoy the same direct access to the pool terrace as other bedrooms, but it's perfect for teens or older children who want to have their own space.

The proper sitter lives in a small cottage about a 3-minute walk away, but this does not compromise the privacy of your holiday home.

Overview

We were truly impressed with this property – the setting, views, and inviting pool layout offering complete privacy make it an irresistibly charming spot for family holidays.

The terraces are gorgeous, creating a secluded haven to enjoy the laid-back Mediterranean life.

Everything is conveniently located here; the house, with its various access points, leads directly to the terraces, making getting around a breeze.

The house is bright and airy, featuring spacious rooms, including a well-equipped kitchen. We found the kitchen inviting and well-prepared if you enjoy home cooking.

Three bedrooms open directly to the pool, allowing a quick and tempting dip almost straight from your bedroom!

In addition to the main house, two annexes offer one bedroom each (bedrooms 5 and 6), providing different sleeping arrangements for guests wanting their space.

Every bedroom has its attraction, except for bedroom 5 (underneath the main house with exterior access), which is a downgrade compared to the others.

This place is perfect for families, especially kids, who will surely adore the property's layout on different levels. However, note that the pool is ungated, requiring extra caution with smaller children.

Outside, the terraces beckon you to enjoy a quiet coffee in the morning sun or a glass of local wine in the afternoon.

The property is situated on 7.5 acres of private land and gardens and invites exploration. Fruit-bearing trees offer a delightful treat, with limes available year-round for your gin and tonic!

When you're ready to take a break from the views and the bleating of sheep, challenge yourself to a game of tennis on the private padel tennis court.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the expanse of evergreen and cork oak trees just outside, while history buffs can explore the charming town of Gaucin, once a notorious bandit lair.

And when you're ready to venture beyond the villa, the Atlantic beaches, with their white-capped wilderness, are less than an hour away. Closer still, the Sabinillas Mediterranean awaits fresh fish lunches and seaside charm, providing the perfect complement to your villa retreat.

The house is a true haven of tranquility. All the little areas for sunbathing or eating or just sitting and reading made every moment feel special. And the location meant we could decide to do as much or as little as we wanted.
