Notes on facilities

The projector is in the multipurpose room, making this space the ideal cinema room. The device has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

One of the open fires is operative, and a reasonable amount of firewood is included.

The WiFi signal may be weak in some bedrooms or areas of the property due to the property's thick walls.

Extras

There is a wardrobe on the property that stores outdoor and indoor games.

Currently, the property does not have a swimming pool, though one is planned for 2025. Until then, a serene lake with a picnic area 6 km away provides a delightful alternative for wild swimming and relaxation.

The property is well-equipped with excellent facilities, though it falls just short of the luxury top end due to a few factors—some beds are standard doubles, and not all rooms have en suite bathrooms. Despite this, it’s a striking villa that many would consider luxury-worthy.

Underfloor heating makes winter cosy and inviting, while thick stone walls keep summer temperatures cool.

The villa’s expansive kitchen is a standout feature, equipped with dual fridges, a double sink, and ample storage space, ideal for self-catering stays. While cooking here is a joy, the nearby village restaurant is highly recommended, as are several other restaurants in surrounding villages like Moià, where traditional Catalan cuisine awaits.
